ArkPad-C
A coastal design to Ocean Living
The ArkPad-C is the first seastead design set to go into mass production by ArkPad. This structure has a shallow draft and is capable of being placed in very shallow waters near to the shore. It comes with a full complement, rain water capture, independent energy production and sharing, fresh, brackish, and septic tanks, as well as a 10 ton weight limit for structures built on top of the ArkPad-C. It is capable of being connected to other ArkPads next to it, and surviving hurricane force winds and waves. All ArkPads have been engineered to last decades, and even up to a century in a fully salt water environment.
Durable Construction
ArkPads are made out of high strength Seasteading Cement, which is twice as strong as concrete in compression, 15% lighter, three times stronger when applied to stretching or bending forces, and completely corrosion resistant to salt water.
Built in Polyculture
The ArkPad-C is designed to have its underwater portion used to grow everything from fish, shrimp, oysters, mussels, and clams, to various types of seaweed. By having these aquacultural items grown as part of the same food production system, we can proudly boast that our ArkPads come complete with not just an aquaculture system, but a polyculture system since multiple types of seafood can be grown together in the same chamber.
Self Sufficiency
All ArkPads will come with Aquacultural / Polycultural capabilities as well as automatic rain capture, resource sharing capabilities, and functional septic system. Default housing options will also come with solar panels for self sufficient electricity production during daylight hours.
Stability
Most floating structures require enormous scale to remain stable in even moderate waves, this structure remains relatively stable even in 3 meter waves, whether solo or connected to neighboring ArkPads.
Green and Renewable
ArkPads are well designed to grow new coral reefs, or re-grow old corals that have been lost. Their eco-restorative presence can be used to build up undersea communities, and thanks to their high corrosion resistance and self contained septic system they do not pollute those same communities.

Customize your home
You can choose your house siding, screenhouse color, interior layout, and customize your ArkPad home in several other ways. You can even have your own fully custom house built on top, or join multiple ArkPads together to build a larger house. ArkPads are like the Legos of ocean real estate, if you can imagine a home design, you can build it on an ArkPad.

Purchase in southeast Asia
If you are located in Southeast Asia, we can prepare an order of ArkPads and have them delivered to your desired location in most cases. ArkPads will be produced in the Philippines and transport costs will vary based on distance, you will also have to secure any neccesary permits in your legal jurisdiction to have the ArkPad placed before delivery.
Order From Abroad
Orders placed from outside of SouthEast Asia are possible, but will have to be taken on a case by case basis. Delivery outside of Southeast Asia is more expensive, and depending on the quantity of the order, ArkPads can be constructed closer to your desired location instead. Construction usually takes place on coastal real estate, but methods of building from a construction ship are being worked on, once we have construction ships ArkPad will be able to fill large orders in any part of the world consistently.
Invest in Existing Community
Floating resorts and residential areas located in the Philippines are a near term goal for ArkPad. We are seeking partnerships with land based resorts, that we will work with jointly to develop ocean real estate. Once construction of these coastal communities is underway, investment from other countries will help to fuel their growth. In this way, you can own part of an ArkPad, or have special privileges to access it in accordance with your initial investment. Investors will also be entitled to a share of rental income to receive a return on their initial investment.
