The ArkPad is the first seastead design made by ArkPad. This structure has a shallow draft of only 5 meters, and can be built with a full complement, rain water capture, independent energy production and sharing, fresh, brackish, and septic tanks, as well as an 8 ton weight limit for structures built on top of it.
It is capable of being connected to other ArkPads next to it, and surviving near hurricane force winds and waves. All ArkPads have been engineered to last decades, and even up to a century in a fully salt water environment, with proper maintenance

ArkPads are made out of high strength Seasteading Cement, which is twice as strong as concrete in compression, 15% lighter, three times stronger when applied to stretching or bending forces, and completely corrosion resistant to salt water.
ArkPads can be left in the ocean for decades with minimal to zero corrosion. Maintenance on our seasteads compared to a boat is nearly non-existent. Resulting into easier maintenance and less stressful recurring activities.
The ArkPad-C is designed to physically connect to other ArkPads that are adjacent, it is intended to be used in conjunction with solar panels and water desalinators, and is capable of automatically sharing water, electricity, and internet bandwidth between neighbors.
The ArkPad-C can hold a structure up to 10 metric tonnes, and will not buckle even if anchored in locations with tidal currents. It can be placed in water 6 meters deep or deeper while still being capable of handling 3 meter storm waves.
